Judy Mollica is a dedicated civic leader and candidate for Seat 2 on the Delray Beach City Commission. With a deep passion for community service and a track record of hands-on leadership, Judy has spent years working to protect and uplift the unique spirit of Delray.

At the heart of her service is a commitment to bringing people together. Judy currently serves on Delray Beach’s Planning and Zoning Board, where she plays a key role in shaping responsible growth and protecting the character of our neighborhoods. She is also the President of Friends of Delray, a nonprofit devoted to community engagement and open, transparent local government. Through her work with Friends of Delray—including a well-loved video series that sparks honest conversations—Judy has become a trusted and approachable voice for residents across the city. She serves Delray through the Rotary Club of Delray Beach whose focus is education. Judy also supports seniors as a board member of the Mae Volen Senior Center.

Her campaign is rooted in the belief that Delray Beach should remain a vibrant, inclusive, and livable community for everyone. Judy’s top priorities include managing growth responsibly, public safety, increasing housing affordability, supporting a resilient local economy, and ensuring that city government truly listens and responds to the people it serves.

In addition to her civic leadership, Judy brings valuable experience as the founder and broker/owner of Ocean East Properties. For over 35 years, she has helped families and local businesses make Delray their home—always with integrity, hard work, and a people-first approach.

Judy is running for City Commission to continue serving the community she loves. She leads by listening, collaborates to find solutions, and believes in preserving what makes Delray Beach special.
